PDF Generation

Browser or API based PDF generation

PDFBlaze provides two ways to generate PDFs: using the browser or the API. If you have created templated content, you will be able to directly fill in the values and generate the PDF using the browser. If you have a large number of PDFs to generate, you can use the API to automate the process, see the API guide for more information. The specific generation methods can be found in the “Generate” tab of the document editor.

Browser-based generation

To generate a PDF using the browser, you will need to select a template and fill in the values for the templated content. You can then click the “Generate PDF” button to generate the PDF. The PDF generation will start immediately, and the status will be displayed in the job list. You can monitor the job status and download the PDF once it is generated.

The browser interface will always only create a single PDF at a time. This is reflected by the job count on the top right of the screen. If you need to generate multiple PDFs, you can use the API to automate the process. Click the count number to download individual PDFs.
